FreeRaceHorse.com Points System Rules
Effective Date: September 25, 2025
FreeRaceHorse.com uses two distinct point systems to enhance engagement and entertainment on the platform: Currency Points and Activity Points. These points are designed for digital rewards, recognition, and gamified interaction. They are not money, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for real-world payments.
1. Currency Points (CP)
1.1 Purpose
- Currency Points are the platform’s reward currency. They are used to redeem digital assets, participate in digital-only auctions, and unlock exclusive experiences inside FreeRaceHorse.com.
1.2 How Currency Points Are Earned
- Horse Race Winnings: Users earn 1 Currency Point for every $100 earned by their horse based on their 1/10,000 digital fractional share.
- Example: If a horse earns $10,000 from a race, you receive 100 CP.
- Paid Subscriptions: For every subscribed (paid) horse, users receive a monthly bonus of 5 Currency Points. Free horses do not provide subscription bonuses.
- Cash Purchases: Every $1 spent on merchandise, memorabilia, or winning cash auctions earns 1 CP in addition to the purchased item.
- Winning Cash Auctions: Winning bidders in cash auctions earn bonus CP at the conclusion of the transaction at the same rate they would have earned from cash purchases.
1.3 How Currency Points Are Used
- Redeemable for digital items (e.g., pictures, exclusive video clips, digital collectibles).
- Can be used in platform-based digital auctions.
- Cannot be used to offset subscription fees or to purchase physical items.
1.4 Rules
- Currency Points are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash value.
- They cannot be withdrawn, sold, or exchanged for real money.
- Accrued CP points remain in the account even if a horse is lost due to inactivity.
- FreeRaceHorse.com reserves the right to adjust earning formulas, redemption options, or availability of rewards.
2. Activity Points (AP)
2.1 Purpose
- Activity Points are designed to measure engagement, recognize participation, and provide status within the community.
2.2 How Activity Points Are Earned (Phase One)
- Horse Race Results: Users earn 1 Activity Point for every $100 earned by their horse based on their 1/10,000 digital fractional share. ( same as currency points)
2.3 Future Earning Methods (Phase Two and Beyond)
- Activity Points may also be earned in future platform updates through:
- Watching videos and live streams.
- Chat participation.
- Voting in polls and decisions.
- Referring friends.
- Sharing content.
- Other in-app activities to be introduced over time.
2.4 How Activity Points Are Used
- Unlock status badges that showcase engagement level.
- Placement on leaderboards that recognize active users.
- Cosmetic recognition only (no financial or functional impact in Phase One).
2.5 Rules
- Activity Points cannot be purchased.
- They are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash value.
- They cannot be redeemed for items, subscriptions, or money.
- FreeRaceHorse.com may expand Activity Point uses in the future (e.g., limited influence in community polls or special recognition).
3. General Rules
- No Cash Value: Neither Currency Points nor Activity Points represent cash, property, equity, or ownership rights.
- Non-Transferable: Points cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged between users.
- Platform Control: FreeRaceHorse.com may adjust point structures, earning methods, redemption options, or badge levels at any time.
- Expiration: CP or AP Points do not expire as long as the account remains active.
- Account Termination: Terminated accounts forfeit all Currency Points and Activity Points immediately.
4. Summary
- Currency Points = rewards currency for digital assets and auctions, earned through winnings, subscriptions, and cash purchases.
- Activity Points = engagement currency for recognition, earned through horse results now and platform actions in the future.
- Both systems are strictly digital, non-cash, and exist only for entertainment and engagement.
