1. Currency Points (CP)

1.1 Purpose

• Currency Points are the platform’s reward digital currency. They are used to redeem digital assets, participate in digital-only auctions, and unlock exclusive experiences inside LivingWorld.Horse.

1.2 How Currency Points Are Earned

• Horse Race Winnings: Users earn 1 Currency Point for every $100 earned by their horse based on their 1/10,000 digital fractional share.
  • Example: If a horse earns $10,000 from a race, you receive 100 CP.
• Cash Purchases: Every $1 spent on merchandise and memorabilia, members earn 1 CP in addition to the purchased item.

1.3 How Currency Points Are Used

• Redeemable for digital items (e.g., pictures, exclusive video clips, digital collectibles).
• Can be used in platform-based digital auctions.

1.4 Rules

• Currency Points are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash value.
• They cannot be withdrawn, sold, or exchanged for real money.
• Accrued CP points remain in the account even if a horse is lost due to inactivity.
• LivingWorld.Horse reserves the right to adjust earning formulas, redemption options, or availability of rewards.

2. Activity Points (AP)

2.1 Purpose

• Activity Points are designed to measure engagement, recognize participation, and provide status within the community.

2.2 How Activity Points Are Earned

Activity Points are earned by participating in qualifying activities throughout LivingWorld.Horse, including:

• Daily login.
• Chatting with your claimed horse.
• Participating in livestream chat.
• Sending a gift to your claimed horse during a livestream.
• Watching qualifying on-demand videos.
• Watching Horse TV livestreams.
• Watching Sandtown Unscripted live or as a replay.
• Watching Unbridled episodes.
• Participating in your claimed horse's weekly Activity Vote.
• Sharing eligible LivingWorld.Horse content.
• Listening to Horse Radio.
• Other qualifying in-app activities that may be introduced over time.

Each activity may have its own viewing requirements, earning limits, or daily/weekly eligibility requirements. Activity Point values and earning opportunities may be adjusted as the platform evolves.

2.3 How Activity Points Are Used

• Activity Points recognize engagement and contribute to your standing on platform leaderboards.
• Reaching certain lifetime Activity Point milestones can also earn Activity Point Milestone Badges.
• Other badge categories have their own separate earning requirements and are not unlocked based solely on your Activity Point total.

Current Activity Point Milestone Badges are earned at:

• 50 Activity Points
• 100 Activity Points
• 500 Activity Points
• 1,000 Activity Points

2.4 Rules

• Activity Points cannot be purchased.
• They are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash value.
• They cannot be redeemed for items or currency.
• LivingWorld.Horse may expand Activity Point uses in the future (e.g., limited influence in community polls or special recognition).

3. General Rules

• No Cash Value: Neither Currency Points nor Activity Points represent cash, property, equity, or ownership rights.
• Non-Transferable: Points cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged between users.
• Platform Control: LivingWorld.Horse may adjust point structures, earning methods, redemption options, or badge levels at any time.
• Expiration: CP or AP Points do not expire as long as the account remains active.
• Account Termination: Terminated accounts forfeit all Currency Points and Activity Points immediately.

4. Summary

• Currency Points = rewards currency for digital assets and auctions, earned through horse results and cash purchases.
• Activity Points = engagement currency for recognition, earned through participation and activity on the LivingWorld.Horse platform.
